App Access

Self‑guided workouts, 6 per week via the Sondgeroth Fit app. Plus a Olympic Lifting, engine and daily workout program builder. As well as movement demos, and scaling options. Only $20 a month.

Accountability and Habits

I help you stay accountable and/or improve your daily habits. Remember that small changes add up over time. Whether it’s getting to the gym, improving sleep, increasing steps, building a routine, or something else, I’m here to support your success.

Need deeper strategy, troubleshooting, or personalized planning? Let’s dive in over Zoom, phone, or in-person. These are weekly or monthly to fit your schedule.
